Increasing your calorie intake is absolutely vital, especially for those who have been dieting for a long time. The more calories you eat, the more your non-exercise activity and calories burned from digestion will increase. If you have been dieting for several months and cannot lower your calorie intake any more, a reverse diet in which you increase your calorie intake may be necessary.
More activity in general burns more calories, but strength training and HIIT cardio are especially convenient. They both increase the calories you burn within the next several hours after exercising by slightly increasing EPOC. Strength training also builds muscle, which means your calorie deficit will remove body mass more from fat rather than muscle. HIIT is also very time-efficient. -
Fiber, protein, and coffee all increase your calorie burn while satiating you much more. This means you experience a boost in your metabolism while easily eating fewer calories. Really put these concepts into practice and you will be managing your weight much easier. -

✨Ginger Peanut Dressing✨
1/4 cup natural peanut butter
1 tbs grated ginger
1/2 tbs lime juice
1 tbs reduced salt soy sauce
1/3 cup water
1/8 tsp honey
I usually add it to a salad of quinoa, ribbons of carrot and cucumber (use a potato peeler!), red cabbage and chopped capsicum. Here I added some roasted chickpeas for some crunch and a little extra protein.
