Getting off track and trying to get back on track can seem like a daunting task. Some advice we can all use, take it slow. Don’t expect to get back to where you want in a week or two (like me).. so take your time. Ask yourself, what’s the rush? Do you want this to last? Do you want to do this right? Then take your time and trust the process. Kill your workouts, sleep well, eat well, and don’t go to crazy on the treats. Don’t expect so much of yourself! And why we feel this need to be so fit and lean all of the time is beyond me. Im struggling with this a lot right now. I’m realizing it’s not healthy to be so caught up in this physical appearance. We need to find ways to live healthy in a maintainable way we enjoy and let the physical progress come with that. 💗
