creamy tahini pasta stir fry! 😛😛 im declaring this my new favorite lunch/dinner and will probably be having it 5 times a week, watch. bless you @holyhealth for introducing this combo to me!
To make: cook up some pasta noods. I always use @eatbanza chickpea noodles. In a pan, fry up any veggies you want with some olive oil - i did broccoli, carrot, mushroom, and yellow squash. Season with black pepper and garlic salt. When the veggies are near finished, lower heat and add in the cooked noodles and a couple tbsp liquid aminos (healthy soy sauce alternative) and toss for a few min. Serve over some mixed greens with a fatttt drizzle of tahini and everything bagel seasoning on top. Takes 10 minutes tops. boom, enjoy. | #cleaneatsbytay
