Mrs. #wheeleveryweekend fabbed up a new carrier bearing mount so we could install the stock t case again to hopefully make it out this weekend. We also got our new roof top tent finally after almost being fined 5k for filling out customs forms wrong, what a nightmare! I've only had a chance to write a handful of letters, well hit it harder once the madness dies down!
"6 Weeks Dry Aged for dinner" - The Rubia Gallega, Galician: Rubia Galega, is a breed of cattle native to the autonomous community of Galicia in north-western Spain. It is raised mainly for meat. It is distributed throughout Galicia, with about 75% of the population concentrated in the province of Lugo. The coat may be red-blond, wheaten or cinnamon-coloured. I bought mine from "Carnisseria Toni" in Sant Josep!
