Definitely one of the most beautiful and inspiring ladies ever, super fun and lovely badass mom and... I mean, just look at her, insane level of awesomeness reached 🔥
Guns are loaded, dangerous muscular curves, EPIC 🙌🏻 Photo credit to her lovely daughter Anna📸 (you nailed it 👍🏻)
The first meeting is over, and we are already out of coffee, and my head hurts from calculations and regulations. I am...not miserable but probably just very tired. How to live a happy life? How to get rid of a sense of something missing? I'm straggling with the idea that what I have is not exactly what I want. And I usually don't tend to. I usually know what I want and how to get it. I actually believe there is an Instagram fault! All of those happy gorgeous women, raising children in beautiful houses, planting flowers and cooking dinner for the whole family. I've started to like the very basics of this idea. (There is nothing wrong with eating in restaurants, I still love it, by the way!) but after I started to read @allthatisshe @ivy.cottage @cherry.rebecca @thisisjules @squarehare and other wonderful ladies I can't stop thinking of what I don't have and what I probably will not have soon with the kind of life I'm living. I would always say "men up!" But now I'm saying "I will find the way out." #thisislife

I was going to make a big montage of our entire training session - outtakes and bloopers included - but this clip was my favorite.
Because it represents exactly why I love fitness:
Friends coming together to simply work hard.
Each doing what's best for themselves individually but still supporting each other.
Grateful for #teammates like these two. (@performixdriven @andyspeer & @niketraining @patrickfrost2)
We were all working with 5 sets of 3 reps.
Andy and I did sumo deadlifts, while Patrick did front squats.
My working weight was 195#, shown here.
And before the form police tell me my back is rounding. Yes. It is.
This is close to 90% of a max pull and the spine will round.
I was tight throughout and with trainers I trust. So thanks for your concern... but I'm good y'all. 💁🏼 _
