It’s ok to not be ok...
That keeps ringing in my head.
Today I went on a walk after I meditated.
I left my phone at home and just tuned into my breath.
I listened as thoughts swarmed my mind with to-do lists and all the ways I’m “not enough” and then I heard it.
There were three wind chimes in someone’s backyard, all tuned at different frequencies and it was creating the most beautiful and calming song.
I stopped in my tracks and realized how present simply listening without judgement gave me the opportunity to be ...
The mind is funny like that... off it takes us on some made up reality and then we realize we took off into space and bring ourselves back.
As I continued walking, I heard the random other occurrences of “presence creators” (more wind Chimes, birds, a dog barking...) until I ended up back at my home next to my bamboo wind chime outside ... We get to create our own realities... feeling depressed and Anxious? Something isn’t working- change it. Choose a different path, choose to do less and BE MORE for awhile... you GET TO CHOOSE. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 Boots are @yeswevibe 🦋
