Planting the seed of @pranavidastyle almost six years ago now, I never imagined it would blossom into what it’s become. I never wrote a business plan, never spent a dime on advertising or doing anything you’re kinda “supposed” to do.
I just asked myself: if I was going to buy clothing, what would inspire me to buy it? It would probably be first the fit and comfort, and the way it made me FEEL. I wanted my clothing to feel like the warm embrace of a good friend: never pinching or squeezing too tight, always supportive and cozy. I wanted it to help me feel comfortable in my skin no matter the time of month or few too many cinnamon buns I’d eaten. I wanted it to be good for the earth, last and hold memories for years to come, and help me feel connected to a community of others who share in my vision.
And so that’s what I created! Of course it didn’t happen overnight, but I was willing to start messy and figure things out along the way and that made all the difference. Clarity always follows action and sometimes you just need to be brave enough to take the first step and see where it leads.

I wasnt going to leave a caption, but I couldn't resist not to. If you don't have any goals and dreams, then you are working for someone else to create theirs.
So your first step is to figure out what you want. Get yourself some goals and dreams. Then you must start taking action. And they dont have to be big actions, you just have to start taking some action.
You must do your best to make the right choices. If you are making bad choices, then you are pretty much killing your goals and dreams. You must choose to the right thing and you must be willing to sacrifice all the bad choices that you usually make.

I love junk 🍪🍔
Anyone who knows me, knows that for as long as I can remember that I am a nugget fiend. When I first started working out and getting fit I was really confused by what diets I “should” eat and every fad diet that works for someone else. Truth being told I didn’t stick to a diet longer than 48 hrs 🤷🏼♀️ I used to have @mcdonalds at least twice a day before getting into the active life style. I now enjoy McDonald’s maybe once a week along with burritos, nutrigrain and my weakness.. cheese 🧀.
I don’t see any of this as “unhealthy” as long as it’s balanced. I think having a “strict” diet 24/7 and the feeling of guilt when you eat something off that diet is an unhealthy relationship with food and worst for you than what you’re consuming. Most days I eat meat and veggies for lunch and pasta before a workout (don’t be afraid of carbs) but I’m all for balance ⚖️
At the end of the day you just have to find out what works for you 💛
