Anyone who knows me, knows that for as long as I can remember that I am a nugget fiend. When I first started working out and getting fit I was really confused by what diets I “should” eat and every fad diet that works for someone else. Truth being told I didn’t stick to a diet longer than 48 hrs 🤷🏼♀️ I used to have @mcdonalds at least twice a day before getting into the active life style. I now enjoy McDonald’s maybe once a week along with burritos, nutrigrain and my weakness.. cheese 🧀.
I don’t see any of this as “unhealthy” as long as it’s balanced. I think having a “strict” diet 24/7 and the feeling of guilt when you eat something off that diet is an unhealthy relationship with food and worst for you than what you’re consuming. Most days I eat meat and veggies for lunch and pasta before a workout (don’t be afraid of carbs) but I’m all for balance ⚖️
At the end of the day you just have to find out what works for you 💛

So your first step is to figure out what you want. Get yourself some goals and dreams. Then you must start taking action. And they dont have to be big actions, you just have to start taking some action.
You must do your best to make the right choices. If you are making bad choices, then you are pretty much killing your goals and dreams. You must choose to the right thing and you must be willing to sacrifice all the bad choices that you usually make.
