👉🏼 1. Base - Rabbit Food
🥗 Mixed Salad Leaves
I Always use Salad Leaves as a base, either mixed leaves or something bitter like Rocket / arugula, Watercress, Peashoots. I avoid Raw Spinach as it is High in Oxalates which may cause problems with Digestive issues leading to Kidney Issues
👉🏼 2. Veggies
🥗 Red Yellow Bell Peppers ＋ Padron Peppers
💡 Super High in Vitamin C & provide some low carb content. I like to add some texture to salads and love Grilling vegetables & is also quick and easy whilst doing something else. I remove the skin once blistered reduces lectin content which may be an issue for some.
♨ Preheat Cast iron Griddle pan to high. Add the vegetables and char. To speed up and some weight on top of Veg
👉🏼 3. Fats
🥗 Activated Raw Walnuts ＋ Avocado ＋ EV Olive Oil
High in Vitamin E ＋ Phytonutrients such as oleocanthal.
💡 I use a variety of Fat sources as each have their own benefit & try to rotate most of them .They boost the calorie content on most of my meals. I like to choose pungent / bitter oil. This is what it should taste like!
👉🏼 4. Protein
🥗 Chicken Thigh (I used dry spice mix of Turmeric ＋ ginger ＋ black Pepper which boost antioxidants in the body & improves inflammation)
💡I prefer to use thighs generally they have more deeper flavours and more forgiving when cooking. They are easy to cook.
1. Add Chicken thighs skin on to Wide bowl
2. Add 1/4 tsp of turmeric / ginger / cinnamon & few fresh cracks of black pepper then mix allow to infuse for 20mins min
3. Preheat Oven to 180c. Add the chicken thighs, skin up, to a tray. Cook for 20 Mins then turn oven to grill and get the skin slightly crisp 😍 —

Steps I took to grow my glutes 👇🏼
✅EAT MORE & TRAIN HARDER; eating more without training HARDER won’t give you progress. You have to eat more than you are burning AND eat quality foods to grow muscle mass. Fast foodwill not grow your glutes, so don’t think eating junk will grow your 🍑. The quality (Whole Foods/less processed) of food does impact fat gain!
✅FOCUS ON GLUTE exercises; squats aren’t for the booty! My favorites are HIP-THRUSTS, KICKBACKS, ABDUCTIONS.
✅STOP excessive cardio. Before I would run 6 miles a day and although I shed fat I also lost muscle mass, resulting in delayed 🍑 gains.
✅INCREASE weight overload and resistance. You should ALWAYS aim to increase the weights you use while exercising weekly (unless you’re happy and want to maintain the shape you have). Even if it is 2.5 lbs, your body needs to be pushed to CHANGE.
✅REST! Your body needs rest to repair muscle tissue! Your muscles GROW while you sleep! So focus on having good sleep and having rest days in between training sessions!
