Spending time in the desert riding camels, sleeping in tents and discovering the nomad villages was really my best experience in Morocco! I would love to do it again 🐪❤️

If you want to create change in your life and to your body sometimes you need to get uncomfortable. Add some extra tension to your workout by doing drop sets. Take a weight that is challenging near the last set of a bodypart (here I’m doing bicep curls and a neutral chest press) go to failure and then immediately grab a lighter weight and keep doing work that exercise to failure. This will stimulate the working muscle is ways your body isn’t used to. It will hurt but he worth the change! You can do this with heavier weights for lower reps of 6-8 or even lighter weights for more of a burn with reps of 12-20. Enjoy!
