Greatest TRX exercise of all time? I think so and let me tell you why: ⠀
1) Scalability: I use this exercise with my 84-year-old clients, as shown in this video, & elite level athletes (the goals may be different but the foundations of movement remain the same!) ⠀
2) The TRX Squat Row is a tremendous posterior chain exercises firing the spinal erectors, glutes and hamstrings which facilitates endurance in the Postural muscles ⠀
3) Finally, this is a great exercise to help work on a proper hip hinge pattern during the squat (traditional squats often are limited by mobility issues in the ankle and balance issues with a forward center of gravity: the squat row alleviates this & allows the client to work on proper posture & hip hinging.) ⠀

Breaking the fast this time with turmeric eggs and avocado on rye bread. A lot of you know I started intermittent fasting at the beginning of the summer and since then many of the people around me have joined the band wagon.
Intermittent fasting (IF) is an eating pattern that cycles between periods of fasting and eating.
It doesn’t specify which foods you should eat but rather when you should eat them.
There are several different ways of doing intermittent fasting — all of which involve splitting the day or week into eating and fasting periods.
I am probably doing the most popular method, which actually works so well with my morning working pattern, as I seem to be back-to-back up until around 1pm most days anyway, this is
‘The 16/8 method’: Also called the Leangains protocol, it involves skipping breakfast and restricting your daily eating period to 8 hours, such as 1–9 p.m. Then you fast for 16 hours in between.
When you fast, several things happen in your body on the cellular and molecular level.
For example, your body adjusts hormone levels to make stored body fat more accessible.
Your cells also initiate important repair processes and change the expression of genes. This is just another tool I’m adding to not only benefit my training and physique, but also my skin, as we all know I’m on an ever constant battle to combat KP and eczema! BUT I will give you a huge update on that later . . .

That is what I want to share — I want to share about girls learning how to be the most authentic, genuine version of themselves. Being them. They are wonderfully and beautifully made. I wasted years of my life trying to fit some mold, trying to be someone else and comparing myself to others, hoping one day I would wake up and be someone else. In reality, if I would have just looked in the mirror, and realized God gave me a clean canvas to create the most beautiful mural in the world on, I would have saved myself six years of doubt, depressed thinking, anxiety, and emptiness. Offensive connection work with this girl who is brand new to setting. She's such a natural! 🙌🏼 Here we are working some crossing patterns for first ball execution. We are focusing not only on the actual cross pattern, but waiting until the ball has crossed them back to the setter to enter the zone they are hitting in. These girls are the real deal.
