2 sets 10 reps, wide stance upper
2 sets 10 reps, close stance lower
2 sets 10
4 sets 10 reps, then drop weight in half and rep until failure for each set
3 sets 10
2 sets failure with toes pointing forward
2 sets failure with toes pointing inward
2 sets failure toes pointing outward
Aaand today I’m very sore in my upper and lower body, so I’m just gonna lay low, eat well, and do some cardio and abs 👍🏻
Then tomorrow restart my routine with shoulders, triceps, and chest!

✨I’ve also got my @gigipip thinking cap on and I’m looking for some mama-to-be tips on big teddy bear pups and sweet little babies! What do I need to know about introducing Beau to our new addition?!💛🐾✨
✨So about the bananas...once a month or so, @dbstanczyk and I stock up on a 40lb case of bananas (about 90-100 count), wait for them to get speckled and freckled, peel, freeze, and blend them up! And to think I used to fear eating more than one piece of fruit a day! If you’re the same, trust me—do not fear the carb!
✨These precious gems are loaded with vitamins, minerals, and fiber—this total package is far different than their refined-carb counterparts (i.e. cupcakes, bagels, muffins, and donuts)! Not to mention, naners are inexpensive, virtually always in season, and are extremely versatile!
✨No real pregnancy cravings during the last 9 months, but I will say, Baby S sure does love bananas and anything else sweet! With under 2 weeks to go til my due date (Dec 22), you better believe we just stocked up a frozen a fresh batch to have on hand for quick smoothies and nice cream snacks in between feedings when our little babe is sleeping like an angel! 😄🤞🙏👶🏼💤
✨In other news, I’ve been doing 6 dates a day and lots of red raspberry leaf tea, which are both fantastic natural ways to prep the uterus for childbirth, and the nesting instinct got REAL last night! Dusty and I cleaned out almost every drawer and closet in the house and it feels oh-so-good to have WHITE SPACE! Preggo or not, if you’re looking for mental clarity, one of my best-found remedies is to create PHYSICAL clarity! De-clutter, downsize, simplify, and your mind will follow suit!
