Non scale victory....because I don’t own a scale 🤣 jeans that were suuuuuuper tight on me one month ago are now loose on me 😋 when I first put those jeans on after having Issac I thought “well, I guess this is how it’s going to be for the next few months. Maybe I’ll be able to wear them in January”... JANUARY! I’ve been working out roughly 3x a week for the past threeish weeks and I’m SHOCKED by the progress. I still have a ways to go but I’m taking this win. It’s not always about the number on the scale! You have the celebrate every milestone and make it something enjoyable instead of a “punishment”
