Our perceptions of reality, how we think about ourselves and the world around us, what we look for and what WE determine to make true, is determined by OUR beliefs. A belief is just a thought that WE make real or accept as true.
You see, our thoughts, they create our reality🤯🤯
So let’s apply this to fitness- if you believe you’re going to fail, you will. It’s really that simple.
Now, If you believe you’re going to succeed, you will. let’s take it even further, if you believe you’re going to succeed, you start acting a certain way. You start buying new clothes, maybe even a size smaller. You post selfies and updates, you schedule a pool party or a photo shoot. You EXPECT results.
And when you expect results, you are in vibrational alignment with your goals! Meaning, it becomes true because you are already acting, feeling, speaking as though you already have it :)
Please work on your mind more than your body, as it controls EVERY aspect in your life. YOU have endless possibilities and can literally achieve ANYTHING you can ever dream of and MORE ❤️🙏🏻
