•Pasos de un buen "warm up " / "calentamiento"🔥. -Todas las sesiones debemos iniciarlas con un buen calentamiento y tener claro sus objetivos principales: aumentar la temperatura corporal🌡, activar el sistema muscular, nervioso y respiratorio y no menos importante prepararnos psicológicamente para aquello que tenemos que afrontar🙇♂.
1⃣Primero nos centraremos en la parte cardiovascular🏃♀, para ello utilizaremos "la comba", con ella aumentamos la FC 💓 , aumentamos el riego sanguíneo y mejoramos la coordinación.
2⃣Segundo en la parte de movilidad articular, donde le daremos mucha importancia⚠a los hombros, codos y muñecas, sobre todo para evitar lesiones🤕.
3⃣Seguidamente completaremos el calentamiento general con unos estiramientos dinámicos con los que mejoras la contracción - relajación muscular 💪y se aumenta la elasticidad. 4⃣Una vez finalizada la parte general damos paso a la parte específica con escuela de boxeo o con ejercicios en saco🥊. A partir de ahí , ya estarás listo 🕺🏼para una sesión junto a nuestra BFcrew‼️

i would always say “id rather just eat food than drink a post workout shake.”
anyone else?! well I’m here to tell ya, that really isn’t the most beneficial because digestion rate is roughly 2.5-3 hours for complete breakdown and nutrient absorption!
SO when your body is depleted of energy (glycogen) post workout and your muscle fibers are broken down - its so important to get nutrients in and absorbed as fast as possible!
