I took this during our final day in Paris while we were on our honeymoon there. It was like the city was saying, "Let me give you one more reason to fall in love with me." Then it opened up its sky and poured out golden light on every street. Little did Paris know that it was actually love at first sight.
Saudades de One Tree Hill? Temos muita! Chad Michael Murray e James Lafferty, que interpretaram os irmãos Scott na série, estiveram em uma convenção da série nesse final de semana, em Wilmington, onde a série foi gravada! 😍 Quem ai assistia essa série maravilhosa? #onetreehill#oth
I’m excited to have Ali from @never2late2learn.hky join me on the podcast tomorrow!

Ali only started playing the game 2.5 years ago and is absolutely crushing it on the ice and inspiring hockey players around the world.
Sharing flows...why are you on IG? I started as a bit of a voyeur...just watching what people around the world were doing, then finding I could learn new skills (seems crazy but it’s true: handstanding, handstand transitions and pressing!!) and finding new creative flows. I love watching other yogis flow - especially @tanyasizemore for her grace and balance and creativity and @fitnessbyerin @beahappyamy @natashaswinter and @ettlivstyle for their athleticism and so many more for pics of graceful shapes @yogamand and @yogaandchaigirl , tutorials @cece.carson , gorgeous location pics @Leigh yogipilot @yoga_supqueen and creative combination asanas @laraliam. ❤️ .
But I still love watching flows...So I though I’d share a bit of this weeks flow (w inspo from @diceyoga @yogaglo) ❤️ Enjoy, follow along or use in your own classes...part 1 (part 2 later tonight!)! My #powervinyasa students will see some of this tonight @yogapearl before we work #inversions bc it’s #inversion month!! 🙌🏻❤️
On the 3rd day of the #RoyalVisit to Sweden and Norway, the Duchess of Cambridge proved that it was perfectly possible to look unprecedentedly elegant and to attend gala dinners even while being heavily pregnant with her third child! Whilst being treated to the opulent Scandinavian hospitality at the Royal Palace in Oslo, Norway, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge attended the royal state dinner hosted by King Harald V and Queen Sonja of Norway. It was also attended by Crown Princess Mette-Marit and Crown Prince Haakon. The Duchess swathed herself in a gorgeous @alexandermcqueen Greco-Hellenistic cape gown. Lusciously margaritaceous, scintillatingly flowy and resplendently creamy, the blush McQueen piece became the sartorial epitome of patrician soigné, royal hauteur and majestic stateliness. The mother-of-pearl effulgence and velveteen-satiny sheen of the ebulliently flowy gown stole the show at the Oslo State Dinner, representing the august splendour of the British Crown in all its glory! The very distinct and Atticistic toga-esque fall of the skirt, and the subtle Greek couture aesthetic accentuated the beauty of the cascading gown. It was also exceedingly comfortable- providing ample room for the brilliantly camouflaged baby bump, rendering it as neither too conspicuous, nor discomfitted. The hyaline swarovski filigree embroidering the nacreous luminosity of this selenophilic piece imparted a sublime and ethereal Diana or Gaia like beauty to the whole look. It looks like a twinkling constellation of étoiles adorning her décolletage. The moonlit lambence of the gown galvanised the Madonna-esque mien of this stunning royal mother-to-be(at that time). It is also very comme il faut, very proper and very de rigueur- enhancing her ladylike muliebrity, classical éclat and noble suavity. The @jimmychoo celeste crystal and suede clutch is cherry on the cake! The Duchess looks utterly divine and statuesque in this dazzlingly radiant ensemble- a Venusian vision! Here is some #iconic royal #maternitywardrobe inspiration! (📸: Chris Jackson, Samir Hussein: @gettyimages; WPA Pool)
Au fond la femme nue est essentielle au puritanisme comme l'enfer est la condition du ciel. Le mythe du fruit défendu n'est acceptable que si, dans l'autre monde, il devient votre nourriture.
