I can't even begin to explain all the details this book goes into, but it's a great tool for anyone wanting to learn how to make lasting changes in toxic thinking patterns, emotions , anyone dealing with physical or mental illness or anyone simply wanting to respond better to stress .... etc

When life gives you lemons, make LEMONADE! Today we participated in the Boys Town Integrity Challenge with the day 8 challenge of teaching optimism to our two oldest children.
