Knit, knit, knit 🧶. That pretty much sums it up around here and I’m pretty sure my fellow makers would agree 😉. My turnover time is still approximately 3 weeks and I’m super grateful for everyone who has placed an order with me this year. There are sooooo many talented knitters so I’m so touched when someone trusts me with making them something ❤️. And I’m super proud that I haven’t closed down my site - I’ve been tempted a few times but somehow it all works out. I’m trying really hard to learn to remain calm during the chaos 😆(I think motherhood is teaching me that too)
There was a solid 6+ years of my life when I was inseparable with @bo_bandy3 to a point where people would refer to us as Brandy.
Now that I’m not stressed out of my tree balancing full-time work and training and he got his CPA and finished working in public practice we finally found time to hang out for a weekend!

2 Potato, 6 Sliced ham, 2Tbsp AP Flour, Parmesan cheese, 1Tsp Scallions, Salt and pepper.
Poached Egg – 1 Egg, Salt, Vinegar, 200g Water
Sauce – 2Tbsp Soy sauce, 1Tsp Vinegar, 1Tsp Red pepper flakes, 1Tsp Sesame oil, Sesame seeds
1. Slice the 2 Potatoes very thin using the mandoline and then lay them down on the cutting board. Then slice the potatoes as thin as possible.
2. Then rinse the sliced potatoes in cold water and remove them from the water.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Put the potatoes in a bowl and then put 6 sliced ham and 2Tbsp AP flour and mix.
5. Prepare a pan and butter the pan. And then put potato pancake batter to make it golden brown.
6. Prepare 200g Water, salt and vinegar in a bowl. Then gently put 1 Egg in the water and cover it with wrap. Put it in Microwave for 1min and 40 sec.
7. Move the potato pancake into frying pan and grate some parmesan cheese on top. Then put poached egg and 1Tsp scallions to finish the dish.
