too each their own. I’ve worked hard for this thickness. I eat a lot and squat a lot and I kinda like to lift a lot. Yay for being confortable in all my thick, pale, freckly skin 🤗.
But for reals it takes WORK, to gain muscle, or to trim down and fuel a body. We are miraculous “machines” if we fuel our bodies correctly.
Currently enjoying a slow cut to get more comfortable in my new weight class. Since I’m not competing anytime soon, taking time to trim down. Adjusting my intake to find what fuels me best through my templates from @rpstrength use code 💢kristi10 💢to save on templates and ebooks.
