People! I have said it before but friendly reminder again, the key to have visible defined abs is to have low body fat and of course a well trained abdominal muscles, if your body fat is high no exercise by itself will uncover your abs or improve your look. There are no magic foods to reveal your abs. We often see click baits promoting certain foods, certain supplements or certain diet styles. And honestly it’s all marketing, sure in some cases those posts might content some degree of truth but the real key is to have a well balanced diet, that you can sustain for a long period of time and to drop body fat slowly but constantly. Create a moderated caloric deficit and program your mind to enjoy the journey! Because trust me it takes time and patience to build a physique! You must learn how to LOVE the process. -
