#OracleReading The card Spirit has chosen today is #forgive .
🌌Are you holding onto any feelings of bitterness or anger ? This could be towards another person or yourself.
🌌When you hold onto blame and anger, you are giving away your power and are lowering your vibration.
🌌Anger, in all its forms can cause physical symptoms in the body such as headaches, trouble getting to sleep , lack of/increase in appetite, upset stomach, trouble concentrating , you may become short with people.
🌌You're being encouraged to let go of these angry feelings and call upon your #angels & #spiritguides if you're needing #support through this process.
🌌You don't have to #forgive the other person's actions, but you do need to understand they're a divine being of light, just like you, and they make mistakes like the rest of us.
🌌When you forgive and move into the #vibration of #love , you will #raiseyourvibration and draw to you people and experiences that uplift you.
🌌Release this situation into the light of the #divine and feel #joy and #peace fill your soul.
Courtney xoxo 😘💖
Hi! My name is Mohammad Rimawi @nycfootdoc, or as my patients like to call me; Dr Moe! I'm a podiatrist practicing in NYC. If you can take away one thing from this excerpt please take this; patients will not be concerned with how much you know, until they see how much you care.
I always thought it was my academic accomplishments that would get me through all of my professional hurdles. To a certain extent it has, but in reality its the simple things; such as the warmth of a smile, or displaying compassion that will separate you from your peers. #stetholifestyle
This week I`m thankful for the people I have met here on instagram and the inspiration they spread. I never got to meet Sora from @longhaultrekkers. I was thrilled to see them complete their journey to Spain, hoped to pin it on my map to take part in the adventures of strangers that left an impression with me. The beginning of the idea that the dog never stays behind, the motto that if they go, the dog goes... It sparked something within me. The amount of dedication, planning and passion it takes to bring your dog wherever you go is tremendous when you seek a life of travel, and Sora visited 29 countries and 3 continents. Dorian is still quite far from that number, and I don`t know if he ever will, but one thing I know for certain. Seeing the adventures of a dog that is so loved, watching a blue-eyed creature seize the day and reap the benefits of a wild life in a caring home, it mattered to me. It mattered because itweoved it was possible. Not easy, but possible. It inspired me to follow the same motto, to cross borders. To hop on that train, to drive for hours in an old and beaten car, to take that plane and to go and seek the gifts the world has to offer. I think you all know that it`s not just a dog. It never is. Their love is endless and knows no limits. They follow us not because they have to, but because they want to. They grant us adventures and push us to be better travelers, better explorers, better wanderers. I`m saddened this week because I know people are morning the loss of light, of a dog that fought so hard and with no fear. Yet I`m thankful for getting to share in their adventure, to experience Sora through photos and captions. To read her story and to be allowed to gather inspiration from it.
So, today, sweet Sora, we are crossing borders for you. We will watch the sun rise and cast a soft pink glow upon the world, and we will watch it set and cast the sky in flames. We will leave faint prints upon soft earth, whisper our dreams to the trees and dance underneath a roaring waterfall. Today, sweet Sora, we adventure and carry a part of you with us. Rest well and run free, Sora.
