Do you ever think about he fact that maybe you have not achieved your goals based solely on the fact that your Role Model does not embody who you want to be?
If your Role Model does not embody the attributes and characteristics that you want then you need a new Role Model!
It is time to re-evaluate yourself and think of someone more worthy.
Non scale victory....because I don’t own a scale 🤣 jeans that were suuuuuuper tight on me one month ago are now loose on me 😋 when I first put those jeans on after having Issac I thought “well, I guess this is how it’s going to be for the next few months. Maybe I’ll be able to wear them in January”... JANUARY! I’ve been working out roughly 3x a week for the past threeish weeks and I’m SHOCKED by the progress. I still have a ways to go but I’m taking this win. It’s not always about the number on the scale! You have the celebrate every milestone and make it something enjoyable instead of a “punishment”
🔸Previne problemas ósseos e ortopédicos;
🔸Previne a luxação de quadril;
🔸Estimula o crescimento ósseo;
🔸Amplia e estimula o campo visual;
🔸Trabalha equilíbrio e controle motor;
🔸Melhora a espasticidade;
🔸Alonga músculos e tendões;
🔸Melhora a circulação sanguínea, a respiração e o funcionamento intestinal;
🔸Promove a autoestima.

On the 3rd day of the #RoyalVisit to Sweden and Norway, the Duchess of Cambridge proved that it was perfectly possible to look unprecedentedly elegant and to attend gala dinners even while being heavily pregnant with her third child! Whilst being treated to the opulent Scandinavian hospitality at the Royal Palace in Oslo, Norway, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge attended the royal state dinner hosted by King Harald V and Queen Sonja of Norway. It was also attended by Crown Princess Mette-Marit and Crown Prince Haakon. The Duchess swathed herself in a gorgeous @alexandermcqueen Greco-Hellenistic cape gown. Lusciously margaritaceous, scintillatingly flowy and resplendently creamy, the blush McQueen piece became the sartorial epitome of patrician soigné, royal hauteur and majestic stateliness. The mother-of-pearl effulgence and velveteen-satiny sheen of the ebulliently flowy gown stole the show at the Oslo State Dinner, representing the august splendour of the British Crown in all its glory! The very distinct and Atticistic toga-esque fall of the skirt, and the subtle Greek couture aesthetic accentuated the beauty of the cascading gown. It was also exceedingly comfortable- providing ample room for the brilliantly camouflaged baby bump, rendering it as neither too conspicuous, nor discomfitted. The hyaline swarovski filigree embroidering the nacreous luminosity of this selenophilic piece imparted a sublime and ethereal Diana or Gaia like beauty to the whole look. It looks like a twinkling constellation of étoiles adorning her décolletage. The moonlit lambence of the gown galvanised the Madonna-esque mien of this stunning royal mother-to-be(at that time). It is also very comme il faut, very proper and very de rigueur- enhancing her ladylike muliebrity, classical éclat and noble suavity. The @jimmychoo celeste crystal and suede clutch is cherry on the cake! The Duchess looks utterly divine and statuesque in this dazzlingly radiant ensemble- a Venusian vision! Here is some #iconic royal #maternitywardrobe inspiration! (📸: Chris Jackson, Samir Hussein: @gettyimages; WPA Pool)
Sometimes the biggest battle, is the one within ourself.
Constantly reminding myself: you are not alone, you got this and step by step, brick by brick your vision will be built.
