You know when you're at the top of a roller coaster about to take that big drop, and your heart beats faster, your breath gets shallow, and you feel like your stomach is all the way up in your chest... that's how he makes me feel. 🎢🎢❤️ @gregthos #flightofthefatgirl#FOTFG#lovemyboo
"Dans ce souvenir d'une vue sur mer" - Le flou des solitudes superbes.
Vingt heure vingt-quatre LA Woman, le flou des solitudes superbes, un tourbillon de marijane, les yeux ravagés bouffés d'herbe; flashback mémoire brutal boomerang, séquencée miroir Morrison, comme un magma de fond de bang, l'irrationnel qui claque et tonne; se foutre bien du bienséant, des échos sillon sans reverb, et savourer à contretemps, le flou des solitudes superbes.

🍑E-Z CURL BAR LEG WORKOUT! The E-Z Curl bar is good for more than just arms. I like it for single-leg work at home because it takes up a smaller footprint than a traditional long barbell. Try these 2 moves barefoot (wearing my @pedestalfootwear barefoot training socks) to blast your glutes, hams, and quads with very little stress on your spine:
1️⃣E-Z Curl Bulgarian Hip-Hinges @ 3-5 sets of 8-15 reps/side
2️⃣E-Z Curl Constant Tension Split Squats @ 3-5 sets of 8-15 reps/side
Doing move 1 with 25-pound plates extends the range of motion to work the glutes and hams harder with lighter loads. This move is also incredible for improving single-leg balance and stability and will help build your Bulgarian split squats. Play around with gripping the bar or the plates. Gripping the bar will give you more range of motion but gripping the plates will hit your upper back and rear delts more due to the wide snatch-style grip. This is my first time trying move 2 and I loved it. It's amazing how I've been training for 2 decades straight and still discover new moves or variations on a weekly basis. I'll be doing this on the regular now. What's great about this move is that you can't go all the way up because the bar hits your hamstrings so it keeps constant tension on the hips and thighs. In particular, it really blast the lower-inner quad/VMO/teardrop muscle which is a weakness of mine and a key to keeping those knees healthy.
