👉Nutrition is one of the most important factors to consider when trying to create a nice physique. However, it also seems that it’s one of the hardest things to get down pat. Now, whether that’s due to a lack of know how, or from a lack of discipline; it still stands to be a considerable issue. The reason is that your nutrition has a lot more positive implications rather than just being able to improve the size of your biceps. The foods you eat on a daily basis will practically determine who you are in the long term. It’s cliche to say but you are what you eat. Over the course of 7-8 years, your body will completely replenish every cell in your body. And what helps to rebuild these new cells is the nutrition that you’re getting in on a daily basis. So you can see how having a consistency in diet can be extremely important.
Where I see most people go wrong when it comes to nutrition is in one of two ways. Firstly, they go into a period of chronic under eating. Unfortunately a lot of people consider being lean or fit and muscular to be synonymous with under eating. This couldn’t be further from the truth. The real key to becoming stronger, fitter, faster and leaner... is to eat! Becoming a better version of yourself requires energy, so how do you expect to actively improve yourself without the energy reserves that will be necessary to do so? The second problem is that people go way too fast, way too quickly. The idea when you first start out shouldn’t be to eliminate food completely, but instead to slowly incorporate healthier foods and eliminate the bad ones over time. This is a marathon not a sprint, you can’t make a Years worth of progress in 3 days, so why act like you can? If you jump head first into a diet that incorporates foods you’ve never eaten before, and you are not entirely sure how to make them taste good, and you are under eating in the process; then the chances of you relapsing are very, very high. Take it slow, don’t under eat. Fuel yourself with powerful, nutritious foods over time and you’ll witness the benefits that come with consistency🔥
