Kita bikin @cianjurcreativelab dilatarbelakangi karena Kita tahu bahwa anak anak Indonesia punya daya kreativitas yang sangat tinggi. Tapi,sayangnya belum banyak komunitas yang dapat mewadahi aktivitas kreatif mereka. Kalo Saya sih anak IPS banget, Saya berfikir lalu berdiskusi bersama @agiafra gimana caranyaa Kita bisa mewadahi anak anak kreatif dan juga hasil kreatifitasnya Nanti bisa memiliki daya saing Dan jual.
Jadi ya,selain punya tujuan untuk meningkatkan daya kreatifitas. Kita juga bakalan diarahkan untuk jadi pemuda yang punya jiwa pengusaha!

4 DRILLS TO PROGRESS TO BARBELL DEADLIFTS!
What’s up Achievers?! @laurenpak22 here and today we have four drills that will help prepare you for barbell deadlifts! Even though it’s a very popular exercise, the barbell deadlift is actually really advanced, and it’s important to take the time to set yourself up for success with drills such as the ones shown here!
1️⃣Toe touch progression: Start with your toes elevated on a beam or a couple weight plates. Squeeze a foam roller between your knees, then reach your arms overhead and then toward your toes. Repeat several times, then switch to the heels-elevated version. This will help you to access some more range of motion which will make it easier to get into the hinge position.
2️⃣Mini band in & outs: Place one mini band around your knees and one around the arches of your feet. Without lifting up your toes or rolling to the outsides of your feet, push your knees out against the band. This will help you to create a solid arch in your feet, which will help to set a strong foundation for your deadlifts! It will also help you to keep your knees in a good position as you lift!
3️⃣Reach the foam roller hip hinge: You can either do this with a foam roller or simply use a wall behind you. Hinge your hips back and try to touch the roller without lifting your toes off the floor. This will help you to learn a deeper hinge, which is the foundational pattern of the deadlift.
4️⃣Kettlebell deadlift: It’s a great idea to start loading the hip hinge pattern with a kettlebell or dumbbell rather than jumping right to a barbell. The kettlebell can go between your feet, making it easier to keep it over your base of support. The more you pattern the deadlift with a kettlebell, the better prepared you’ll be for the barbell!
