SO many of you ask me what I eat and how many days I train or what exercises I do, thinking if you do what I do, you'll get the same results - or you ask me for what you should be eating and doing - guys I can't give you an answer without any background on you!
Whatever kind of training and eating I do with myself does not apply to anyone but me. That's why I don't post exercises or diets for people to try out. An exercise or food that doesn't work for me may work for you. EVERY ONE of you is different and need specific advice rather than general advice. There's a shit ton of general fitness information out there but how many people are even applying it? And if you are applying it, are you getting the results intended? If not, why not seek out advice specific to yourself?
The only general fitness answer that applies to every human being is to eat healthy and be active- this is very broad- there are a million ways to be active and eat healthy. As an individual you have to find what applies to YOU. And that's not going to come from copying other people's programs, that's going to come from a coach.
