Wearing the same dress & a year apart between pictures. I love my body before and now, but I can say that I feel more confident and happy now. Changes take time, patient and a lot of dedication. Every day you have a new chance to improve and get better. You’ll be learning everyday and that’s what makes your journey interesting to continue. Always believe in yourself.

The most comment question I consistently get asked is about my legs. Always, “what exercise can I do to get like that?” And so forth. .
My answer and you’re not gonna like it is hard work and consistency. There is not a single ONE exercise you do to build muscle or lose fat. It takes challenging your muscles to their limit, pushing yourself every day in the gym and consistently giving it 110%. I have not ever in my life been fit like I am now. I was not “blessed” with genetics. In high school I ate like crap but I exercised and you can see if you scroll (LOL low quality pic) of me on the right in high school. .
I wasn’t by any means overweight but I was not in shape. I ate like a savage, drank alcohol throughout college but I exercised. So why is it I didn’t see results? .
The answer: you cannot work hard in one aspect and fail in the other. It takes diet and exercise. You must eat properly to fuel your body. You can’t give the gym 110% and then eat 3 freaking calories and stave yourself. Your body has nothing to fuel itself with. You. Must. Eat. .
Change up your training if you feel like you’re plateauing. I’ll change my rep ranges or introduce new exercises into my routine to keep it fun. Some of my go to exercises always: squats, hip thrusts, stiff leg deadlifts, lunges, and leg press. Those are staples in every leg day. .
Hope this helped some. 💛
