I have a love hate relationship with hill running. Well I really just hate them but I know they make me better. What makes you uncomfortable usually makes you better. Do something that pushes you out of your comfort zone today. Run up a hill, sit and be quiet for 10 mins, say no to someone, put yourself out there. What ever it is for you, do it today.
