I challenge you to make an authentic mantra for yourself each day (or week). Why?
Mantras are proclamations of faith in the future, but being mindful of your present. When you affirm them aloud, you speak life into existence. You create new thought patterns in your brain and by moving your lips & using your voice you create a physical reality. You don’t behave without first signaling a thought which then signals an emotional reaction/response/behaviors. Are your thoughts helping or hurting you?
We tend to believe what we hear most. Are you speaking life or death over yourself?
How you treat and love yourself will be your capacity to connect with and love others.

I'm a dreamer. I have to dream and reach for the stars, and if I miss a star then I grab a handful of clouds and I will love the light for it shows me the way, yet I will endure the darkness because it shows me the stars.🌹
This goes for any job the more work you put out the more you get paid. Start you side work. Excel in your hobbies talents and passions. And most importantly meditate. It increases the pleasantness of life’s greatest treasures which is you. And you gain abundance and prosperity and good feelings after each session. Do all you can do everything you can. And surely you will be where you desire. But stay fresh and a new and work towards preserving your being. And you will gain riches spiritually and materially. Put in that work y’all. Plant them seeds. And real that harvest y’all. ❤️
🙏🏻 Very grateful to be feeling good again. Took on a “fun” bout of viral gastroenteritis aka food poisoning 🤒 last week. After losing 9 lbs in 8 days, countless trips to the bathroom and being bed ridden for 4 straight days, I have my strength back. -
🐶 Thankfully I had my sweet little pony to chill and cuddle with me through this mess as well as the support from some great people in my life, (you know who you are, thank you so much 🙏🏻). -
✅ I’ve read it can take several weeks to fully recover from a hit like this and I’ve managed to halve that time. So one thing I believe is that if you’re already taking care of your body with nourishing nutrition and exercise regularly it will provide a better environment and opportunity to bounce back from illnesses like this. -
🧘♂️ As someone recently pointed out to me as well, your mental state is a HUGE factor in how your body recovers. #positivethoughts, meditation, #affirmations are literal game changers that allow your body out of the fight or flight state and into repair and healing mode. -

One thing I’ve learned to really practice is living in the #now.
I know a lot of people worry about the future and they dwell in the past. Does this sound like you? It used to be me.
But now the past is almost a place I never go. I don’t ignore it like I once did (well think I was ignoring it) but now I let it be just wonderful experiences that once were.
I sometimes reflect back on a moment in time and ask was I really there?
The past doesn’t take up as much room in my thoughts or energy as it once did. So good memories and not so good...well they are just past experiences that flow through me.
I take what’s needed and keep experiencing this moment. Right now. Keep evolving and growing.
I suspect this is why I let so much go. I rarely hold grudges. But I also know when to protect my energy.
I don’t wish things were like before. I don’t try to get back my old body. Have something from the past.
Nothing is missing.
I just keep myself right here. And think about where I am now and where I am going.
I ask you today to think about how much of the past you dwell on and how much of it you would love to change. Meaning are you still trying to redo stuff, let go, get whatever back? If so it’s wasted energy. That time has really come and gone. There is no rewind. And living there will only keep you there. Not where amazing NEW experiences await you.
But if you need to clear things. Do so. So they don’t take up space in your energy.
Journal Exercise- write down what you think is holding you back. A full page of it. Thoughts about the past. People and then see if everyday you can let just a little bit go. Reframe a new thought you want to think about that past event.
This is the power of retraining your #mindset and also practicing the art of #detachment. Releasing what doesn’t serve us. This is how people block their true #abundance and I’m not taking about just #wealth.
