Prepping for my Chunin Exams in Konoha next year.
For real though everything felt so much harder than it looked. The warped wall was more slippery, the salmon ladder is strenuous, and gripping things which is apparently a climber's advantage was so tiring I barely made it through half the obstacles. Really puts into perspective how strong most of those ninja warrior participants are. Doubt I'll go again but it was fun playing in the gym.

Ok, real talk. Y’all, this was WAY more scary than it looks! I have never been good at jumping to things (maybe because I have the hand eye coordination of a toddler👶🏼) and it’s always freaked me out. Jumping to things and catching them, more than anything else in the gym, causes me to hesitate and second guess myself. So many thoughts start racing through my head. What if I miss the bar and face plant😖? What if I catch the bar and push it off and I face plant😖? I have a lot of worries revolving around face planting....
On top of all of this, my wrist is sprained and falling on my face would have only made that worse (if I tried to catch myself).
Tonight I learned how important it is to trust: trust my training, trust my ability, and trust that even if I fall I’ll be okay.
Tonight, I leveled up and faced a fear of mine. The sky’s the limit now. Thanks to my @leveluptriad family and your constant encouragement and for pushing me to be better and try hard things. @kennyniemitalo @steven_matador #zach
