Charlee, looking in her picnic basket: "Where did the rest of my acorns go? I know I packed more than this!"
Chip: "Oh, you mean THESE acorns?" 😋

I wanted to share something with you, as I know many of you are makers too! I'm currently working on designing a skunk... It's a small, simple design but it has taken me HOURS. I made a stripe for the head, sewed it on, cut it off, made a different type of stripe, then spent 30 minutes cutting IT off (it gave me a really hard time), and literally re-made the first stripe and sewed it on. 😆 Then I did the EXACT SAME process for the belly part of the skunk. 😲 So yes, sometimes (actually, rarely), things turn out exactly how I like the first time and it's so much fun, but way more often, I spend so much time re-doing that I want to give up. 😰 (That's when Kent tells me to quit for the night and go to bed. 😂) All this to say, it's part of the process! When you mess up, don't give up and don't settle with something you're not happy with! Take a break, get some sleep, or something 😁, but then - keep going, pull it out if you need to, but don't stop trying! WE ALL have times we feel like we have no idea what we're doing!!! 🙋 But perseverance pays off! 🤗
