Both Matthew and Aleisha were both bullied at school many years ago; it involved a mixture of verbal, physical and written (back then the passing of nasty notes was quite typical and 'popular') so they are no stranger to what can go on for a child the moment they walk onto the school grounds. The one thing that has changed however is it's no longer the passing of notes at school with home being your 'safe haven' away from it all, instead it follows the child home now thanks to technology; the internet and social media in particular.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The National Day of Action against Bullying and Violence website says "one in every four students in Australian schools is being affected by bullying."⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Hypnotherapy is incredibly gentle and relaxing yet so powerful in it's healing and this is so important particularly for fragile clients such as children/young adults. It can restore confidence, self-esteem and resilience. As part of our programs we provide and teach many wonderful take-home skills and tools that they can then use not only in the months or years to come but for the rest of their life. These can be used in so many ways; to help relieve stress, anxiety and fears, to allow any negativity that is thought, said or done to them by others to be repelled so it no longer affects them as it once used to. The benefits are quite endless.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If you know of anyone who is a victim of bullying or has been and is still affected by it book a Free Introductory Session https://bit.ly/2GKahdk.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Everyone wants fame/wealth at some level or the other but when you try to trample innocent people in the process , your fate starts getting murky. Remember, the person you try to intimidate or hurt might in reality be more powerful or have more resources to hurt you but might not do so because of the way they were raised or simply because they don't know how to fight dirty. #gtpicks#antibullying#bullies#mentalabuse#mindfulness#faith#artists#writers#dreamers
As a kid i was never bullied that time i decided to teach myself martial arts and self defense (everyone should know as well) so here is an example of a street fight and what should you do in it instead of running like a kutti ( bitch ) Find a guy to bump into Tell the guy you are sorry and you gonna back up but aaha he doesnt know you have a danda (rod) and when he is not looking or on going back on his own way pick the danda up swing it hard then bitch slap him finishing with a kick..... simple game over for that guy my friend.... you won.. and oh yeah dont forget to kiss your fist or may be other guys fist( no judgements)
Disclaimer : You have to carry the danda all the times with you and keep it behind the wall hidden when you plan to bump into somebody.
