Meme therapy: I told my therapist about how I really feel about someone in my life. I was journaling about this person and was about to write some of the meanest things about them but I stopped myself. I stopped myself because it was hate driven. I don’t believe in that so I told my therapist what I wanted to write. She was very surprised lol coming from someone who looks very nice, I do have my dark moments. I asked if it was okay to write so bad about this person. She said yes, that it was a part of my anger and I need to let it out somehow. She said this was a healthy way to let it out. So I wrote some of the meanest things and it made me feel better and I moved on. Working on doing this more often.
What are your best tips for dealing with anxiety?? 👇🏻 Anxiety is a funny thing, you can’t always predict when it will creep in!
Some of my favorite anxiety tips are below & I wanted to share them in case they might be able to help any of you. 💛 I’ve dealt wit anxiety on and off for pretty much my whole life (started around age 12) so it’s safe to say I’ve tried many different things. 🤪
Here’s what helps:
1. Taking an Ashwagandha supplement regularly! I’m out rn and totally notice a difference!
2. Taking @white.fox.nectars CBD in my coffee and also in the evening to wind down from the day and calm my mind. These are hemp based CBD tinctures so they don’t make ya feel funny 🙉😉 “taylorlove” will give ya 10% off
3. Close personal relationship with God + spending time with Him DAILY! When I don’t— anxiety is so much worse.
4. @naturalvitalityofficial calm tea in the evening makes such a difference 🙏🏻 have been doing this for years! Also a magnesium supplement for when I don’t drink the tea.
5. Having “no phone” time + limiting screen time in the evening.
6. Prioritizing health and sleep
7. Limiting alcohol 🍷

She decided to cut out basketball and lacrosse this year because she wanted to focus on her business.
