I Haven’t had a single cheat since I started this cut 4 weeks ago. It’s so crucial when dieting that you set your self up with foods and meals that satiate you and keep your taste buds satisfied! This keeps your food consistent and eliminates any variables that can hinder your progress. If you’re curious what I eat just watch my stories I share my meals all the time! 👨🏻🍳
I’ll be incorporating re-feeds soon enough but only when my calories become lower as well as my body-fat, right now my calories are high enough and though I’m leaning out quickly my body doesn’t need a re-feed to keep the progress moving forward.
With that said, it’s the holidays and we deserve a treat so the countdown is on! 13 days till we crush pasta and cheesecake and it’s going to be epic! What’s your favourite cheat meal if you had to pick one? 🍰
