When I utter these words, I immediately think of all of the things I actually DO regret, and start to pulverize them in my head with the replay.
Yet one of the voices reminds me that the past is the last, and there is wasted effort in trying to make up for it even out anything that has already been done.
Such a weird cycle. And a whole practice in it of itself (#inthehabit). Anyone else go through loops of positive pep talk and then heavy internal chatter?.
