MARCA | Vinicius Jr. will be on the Real Madrid list for tomorrow's match.
Coach Julen Lopetegui finally decided to include the Brazilian player Vinicius Jr. on the list for Saturday's match against Espanyol.
However, Vinicius's place on the list is at risk, with Lopetegui calling 20 players, including 17 field players and 3 Goalkeepers, which means that the coach will leave two players out of the game.
Kiko Casilla will be left out of the lineup while the second player is unknown. The Brazilian could be the second player, but nothing has yet been confirmed because the club will not announce the official list until Saturday morning.
On Sunday, Real Madrid Castilla will face Cultural Leonesa and the men of Solari will prepare to travel on Saturday. Vinicus is unlikely to play with the second team, but if Lopetegui leaves him out of the list, he will most likely travel individually to Lyon to share with the Castilla.
There are many changes expected in the starting lineup of Lopetegui, starting with Alvaro Odriozola, who will be in the place of Dani Carvajal. In addition, Nacho and Marco Asensio will begin the match against the Catalonian team.
Florentino Perez: “Real Madrid will always be Cristiano’s home. He has been the best since Di Stefano. He wanted to go for personal reasons. No one has ever collected more than €100M for a sale in Madrid. He wanted to leave. The reality is that we had no other offers."
Florentino Perez: “No one offered Real Madrid more than Juventus’ €100M for Cristiano Ronaldo. We can’t do anything but thank him for all he did with this shirt.”
