HOW TO BURN OUT LEGS!
Jon cooked up another killer workout this weekend... 3 cycles of 3 minute leg burners to mimic a boxing round:
🤜🏼 10 Tire Jumps
🤜🏼 15 Reverse Crunches
🤜🏼 150 Meter Sprint
🤜🏼 10 Kettle Bell Squats
🤜🏼 20 Kettle Bell Step Ups
🤜🏼 20 Kettle Bell Reverse Lunges
🤜🏼 150 Meter Sprint
Then, for active recovery, I shadow boxed around an imaginary ring under the hot 🌞 until the next cycle began. After three rounds of that, my legs were begging for mercy, but we weren’t done... 🏃🏼♂️🔥: @jkolowich1
A work in progress.
I know y'all are tired of that same before picture 😹 But back then I literally wouldn't take pictures past my shoulders.
I refused to wear dresses or shorts or sleeveless anything & especially BATHING SUITS. Lol
I remember not being able to ride certain roller coaster rides & rude comments from drunk men. Being unable to walk to my stop sign without being completely winded.
I'm so thankful for this journey & what it's teaching me 🙏🏽🙌🏽 I've learned I'm stronger than I believed. That the friends I have are genuine. That you're as beautiful as you feel at any given moment.
I'm grasping that while it's my *mission* to take better care of this temple, I don't deserve to feel ashamed of who I am right now.. No one does 🙅🏻
You've heard it before but this walk is as much about the INSIDE as it is the outside and I'm grateful for all aspects of this journey.
Cheers to glowing up✨💪🏽🥂
I met @sammysampsonphotography at an event and we did a shoot on the spot! He’s dope with the camera! I love meeting creatives and artists who are passionate about their craft. Peep my upper body strength at the end! 👀💪🏾👸🏽 #GirlPower#powHer

Monday Week 3 of #becauseitsyourbody w @christinajarboe
Bae did it with me 😊
It was a tough one today!
I went to a yoga workshop Saturday that I won tickets for off the gram.
Hoped to make a friend but didn’t push it.
At least I put myself out there and went and it was totally worth it.
I don’t let anxiety rule my life anymore!
I am a warrior not a worrier.
And I’m learning more about my calling everyday.
I find the more I step out the more God meets me.
Not to say life is perfect right now, but I have a perfect God on my (in)side!
So I know I will come out of any tough situation polished & shinin’!
Looking for a great cross training option? We have you covered: “I am an avid trail runner. After months of struggling to improve my time I decided to look for a group workout class to supplement my running. After just 6 weeks of classes I noticed significant changes in my recovery time during runs, my pace increased and hills became much easier. Rowing is a low impact exercise which is a nice break between long runs. If you’re looking for somewhere to take your running to the next level, or even just a fun atmosphere to workout in Total Row is the answer!” 🏃♀️+🛶
One last look at Atlanta's beautiful greenery before my ridiculously early flight in the morning. Walking around this part of Roswell was full of picturesque shots. My desire to take all the yoga photos was slightly derailed by all the mud from all the rain we've been getting off and on all weekend.

I’ve spent so many 5-day work weeks giving less than 100% of “my all.” I wasted MY time, my employer’s time, and even customer/client/guest time by giving my work partial effort. Truth is, I just wasn’t into it and good money means nothing if you can’t stand how you make it. As I get older I realize the importance of being PASSIONATE about what you do. Money aside, that’s my deciding factor going forward for any “job” I take because when you enjoy what you do, is it really work? I’ve finally found a field I’m passionate about - fitness. No matter the field, make sure you do the same!
