More settler hut art 🌾🐏 I wonder what the folks who wandered out into the harsh, cold country back in the 19th century would’ve thought of some artsy sheila trekking out into the middle of a barley crop to paint faces on their humble abode 🤔
Come along to 2018 #Bathurst Agribusiness Networking Event this Thursday! I'll be chatting about #succession and my recent trip to #Scotland for @ryp2018 Ideas Festival 🌾Thanks #wfiinsurance and @nswfarmers for organising the event!
Kathryn Helterline of "I was initially drawn to farming in my pursuit of more meaningful and fulfilling work. It has been the most fulfilling undertaking of my life. Farming is a challenge, physically, mentally, and emotionally. As a small farmer, I devote so much of myself to the farm, and it can be humbling to realize, even after all the planning, some things are still beyond my control. Farming has taught me to accept failures and to be self motivated.
Overall, I am proud to provide food to people that they can feel confident about putting into their bodies. There is so much uncertainty in the food system, where it came from, what's in it, how it was produced, etc. I'm glad to be able to eliminate those questions for people." - @womenwhofarm
Hope you like it ^^ 💗
