For good nutrition after a work out I love to make a nice smoothie and blend something up 🙌🏽
For this one I’ll give you the recipe, share the love!
- 1 cup frozen rasperries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 apple
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 scoops (@womensbest) vanilla protein (vegan!)
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Topped with peanut butter (surprise), apple and banana

Wanneer ik me soms een beetje overvol voel neem ik mijn tijd om te gaan fitnessen of een yoga sessie te doen-🧘🏼♀️
Terug naar het hier en nu komen en luisteren naar wat mijn lichaam mij probeert te vertellen, soms kan dit lichaam erg slim zijn! Onderschat nooit de kracht van je humeur
Voor goede voeding na een workout vind ik het fijn om een smoothie te maken 🙌🏽
Voor deze zal ik jullie het recept geven, deel de liefde!
- 1 cup bevroren frambozen
- 1 bevroren banaan
- 1 appel
- 1/2 cup amandelmelk
- 2 scheppen @womensbest vanille proteine (veganistisch!)
- 1/4 cup havermout
- 1 tsp chia zaadjes
Topping is pindakaas (verassing), appel en banaan

Adding recipes to my notebook is something I LOVE doing.
Especially when they turn out to be absolutely amazing!
I made these cups and took them to my mum, a good quality time together with a lovely snack is one of the best things about life. Here is the recipe so you can spend some time with loved ones in the company of a healthy snack! ☕️
RAW CARAMEL CUPS (makes about 12)
** for the base:
✨1/4 cup soaked cashews
✨ 3 medjool dates (pitted)
✨ heaped tbsp of desiccated coconut
✨ add in food processor and blend until the mixture is crumbly but stick together when pressed. Then press down in your muffin pan (I use a silicone one because this way it doesn’t stick when pressing out, otherwise you can use baking paper strips so it’s easy to lift the cups out).
✨ Place in the freezer
** for the caramel
✨ 1/4 cup soaked cashews
✨ 4 medjool dates (pitted)
✨ 2 tbsp maple syrup
✨ 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
✨ Add to a high speed blender until it is completely smooth, then add to your base layer and put back in the freezer. Leave it for at least an hour.
** chocolate layer
✨ Melt 2 tbsp coconut oil on low heat. After melted remove from heat and add in 1 tbsp maple syrup. Whisk until fully combined and add 2tbsp raw cacao powder. Whisk until a smooth chocolate appears.
✨ Pour on top of the cups and put it back in the freezer for at least 3-4 hours.
Take them out and leave them in the fridge in an air tight container!
There you go, caramel cups 🙋🏼♀️

What a rainy day..

Just with a cosy feeling, inside, with a massive hug in a mug ☕️
We just make the combinations endless
Today it was:
✔️ Banana - blueberries - kiwi
✔️ Topped with coconut chips - hazelnut - raisins
✔️ And the fruit used of course
✔️ I also made some oats with cinnamon and maple syrup
In this weather I always feel like cinnamon makes the flu go away due to it’s advantages for your metabolism

Maar dat maakt niet uit, want we doen nog steeds yoga in de ochtend 🧘🏼♀️
We hebben nog steeds een heerlijk ontbijt🍌
Maar vandaag met een wat knusser gevoel, binnen, met een grote hug in a mug☕️
We maken de combinaties gewoon eindeloos
✔️Banaan - blauwe bes - kiwi
✔️Belegd met kokosnoot chips - hazelnoot - rozijnen
✔️En het fruit wat ik gebruikt heb natuurlijk
✔️Ik heb ook wat havermout gemaakt met kaneel en maple syrup
In dit weer heb ik altijd het gevoel dat de kaneel mijn verkoudheid tegen gaat, omdat het zo goed is voor je metabolisme!

Just a little throwback to this darling soup 🥣
My parents gave me a massive zucchini and it was too much to finish all at once.. especially me living alone! I eat a lot but that was just too much 😂
So I made soup! Flu is already getting to me and soup always makes me feel that slight bit better ♥️
✔️ I had a massive zucchini but it was home grown, it compares to about 2 large zucchini’s of over a pound
✔️ in a large pot heat 1 tbsp coconut oil, 1/2 diced onion and 3 garlic cloves. Cook until soft.
✔️ add your sliced and diced zucchini and cook for a few minutes until softened
✔️ add 3 cups of vegetable stock and salt to taste. Let it come to boil and then reduce to simmer for about 15 minutes.
✔️ remove from heat and blend in batches or use an immersion blender, return soup to pot and add 1/2 cup coconut milk
✔️ bring back to boil and remove from from heat 💕
All set gorgeous! Serve with herbs as garnish (I used chili and coriander 🤤)
