3RM #deadlift @303lbs/137.5kg. Not terrible. Need to get my butt lower.
First day back in the gym after spending most of the last two weeks in the field. Never feel like lifting when my routine is thrown off but always glad when I do.
Fun + easy workout today:
1 - run .75mi to gym in vibram toe shoes
2 - 8 rds deadlift 3x working up to 3RM at set 5 followed by 4x weighted strict pullup at @26lbs
3 - 15 mins heavy bag work
4 - run back
