G E T - S T R O N G E R 🔨Let’s face it if you want to go anywhere in your sport you have to get stronger, a lot stronger (just look at the top athletes in your sport). You have to lift and lift frequently, not just 1-2 times a week..but 3-5 times a week consistently and with a purpose! Make the gym a PRIORITY in your offseason, a solid 4 months of serious strength training is necessary and will benefit way more than half-assing another fall ball season or running track to “stay in shape”🙄

1b.) 8/Side KB Squat w/ 2sec Pause
2a.) 6/Side KB Rev. Lunges
2b.) 10 DB Rows
