One more workout left!! Such a journey!! I get asked all the time how do you do it?
I do it because I've been through so much and I was tired of feeling defeated, beat down, and told I couldn't.. Instead I say just watch me and better yet - JOIN ME!! Especially now during the holidays when I struggle THE MOST.. I say I can do this!! THIS totally moved me: "When God wants to send you a gift, he wraps it up in a problem. The bigger the gift he wants to send you, the bigger the problem he wraps it up in"... ALWAYS look for the gift within that problem... Don't squander what you have.. Use it as fuel and your driving force and lean in.. So beyond thankful, I finally took that gift offered to me and ran with it.. despite the struggles, the doubters, and all the obstacles thrown in my way.. I fight for me and I fight for all of you!

Question that I get the most , what motivates you to exercise? When are you going to stop??
The answer is various but for me, this is WHO I AM, and exercise has become a part of ME, of MY LIFE..
I will stop when I decide to stop (but then, how to stop my life?? )🙅🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️

I’m planning on finishing 2018 strong. Five weeks is PLENTY of time to commit. To make a change. To stay motivated. To crush some goals.
I want to set myself 5 goals that I want to reach by December 31. With the holiday season upon us, it can be easy to fall into the trap of busy life and all the excuses. But I don’t want to finish the year saying “oh gosh, can we not do this again”. I want to finish it yelling “HECK YEAH, let’s do this again.” Who’s with me? Who’s ready for the last bit of awesomeness? Who’s ready to enter 2019 strong and motivated?

So, today, I made the choice to put my work and studies on hold for 4 hours to take my baby girl on a much needed Mummy-daughter afternoon at the beach 🧜🏻♀️🌊 Her request was to go on a “picmic” with Mummy (I dare not correct her b/c it’s so darn cute!)💓 So, we decided to have our lunch-picmic with sun, seashells and sand by the sea 🌊🧜🏻♀️🌊🧜🏻♀️🌊🧜🏻♀️🌊🧜🏻♀️🌊🧜🏻♀️ We had the BEST time together, like always. 🙌🏻 I find the sea incredibly healing and this was the best medicine for us BOTH today! 🌊 Whatever climate you live in whether it be walking through the forest, the snow, or sand it’s so important to take time out for YOU to recharge in NATURE. I am guilty of always “DOING” and always being so busy (ugh! I don’t even like that word) when I need to practice to be more present 💫 It’s not only important to nourish our body with real whole foods, it’s equally important that our soul gets nourished too. x 🌊☀️🌲❄️☃️
