These are absolutely life changing for Z health! Tips for the day: move your body! Go for a walk before or after your meal. Don’t forget to fill up on vegetables too! Take a pause between dinner and dessert. Drink lots of water. Get a good night sleep. Resume regular life the next day - don’t wallow in what you ate the day before. 🧡
I went to watch Bohemian Rhapsody earlier and it was the Queen soundtrack still running through my mind getting me through today’s leg workout....Scaramouch Scaramouch can you do the fandango? Nope, BUT I can do burpees and endless amounts of squats and lunges 😝 Take that Galileo 😂

Well that's because it's been created from our own enviroment. It's not a bought print ladies.
It's created from galvanized burr from our property with some sprinkles of computer magic.
Designing a print can take hours, days or weeks depending on how complex.
Once that print is finished though, the most important step takes place.
The size and position of the print placement, paying particular attention to those crucial front and back bits 😱

||MINI ME|| Throwing it back to when I had the motivation to do Yoga everyday in addition to my normal workout 😀. On Tuesdays we go to Baby Yoga and today Aria-Reese did her first baby bridge; it’s the cutest thing I’ve ever seen 🥰 (swipe for cuteness overload) 🙈 Before class we went for a stroll and the hills definitely showed me who was boss!
Today I did not really feel like working out because well cramps and that time of the month and I felt super frustrated because I want to be much leaner. But guess what? 🌈✨ I still went for it because I have a simple work out plan for the week. Motivation might stop but having a plan is key. Having goals is key. I know I really really want this and that I will not give up even if my nutrition was less than ideal last week. My old self would have just thrown the towel. But not this time. Just keep going. As long as you don’t stop even the smallest steps are a victory. I still feel super weak but nothing will change about that when I give up. Today’s pyramids were chest presses at the smith machine and I was not able to add ANY weight. Even the ‚empty‘ reps were hard for me at the last two. Breathe in, breathe out. Be grateful. SIMPLE MEAL PREP ALERT🚨how many of you wanted to meal prep this week knowing Thanksgiving was coming? Better question, how easy was it to find something OTHER than turkey in the store this weekend 😂 But, you knowwww your girl did not dessert her meal preppin’ duties! .
This is one of the easiest meal preps I make. You guys have been asking for videos - so feast your eyes on this swipey😘. I’m trying, so bear with me here 😂 directions below 👇🏼👇🏼
-Bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs .
-Veggies of choice (I did Brussels sprouts & broccoli) .
-Avocado or olive oil .
-Granulated Garlic (Garlic salt is ok too)
-Salt & Pepper
•Directions in 5 steps•
1️⃣Preheat Oven to 350
2️⃣Lay Chicken Thighs skin side up on baking sheet & season to taste with garlic, salt & pepper & put in preheated oven for 60-65 minutes
3️⃣Prepare your Brussels Sprouts by cutting off the stem and then chopping in half. Lay face down onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper, drizzle oil and balsamic vinegar to taste
4️⃣Drizzle oil on broccoli on separate baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Toss veggies around on sheet to make sure they’re evenly covered in oil - I always wait to season veggies until I reheat them as salt can make them soggy when refrigerated. .
5️⃣Bake veggies in oven while chicken is finishing baking. My Brussels sprouts are perfect after 30 minutes at 350! .

4 weeks ago I was indoor training illiterate! 😄 Apps, equipment, watts, thresholds.... It was a foreign language and intimidating!
As I was powering through my hour workout this morning I was so grateful to @JeffBosch and @speedotriman. They've put together some amazing workouts. I don't have to worry about anything! I just pull it up and get to work. .
It's amazing how your confidence grows and you get better with a team behind you. 💪

I have shared this one before but I’m telling you it is 👌!
This One-Pan Tortellini w/ Saysage recipe fills my happy cup because it meets all my busy mom criteria checkboxes:
1) Done in 30 minutes or less✅
2) Healthy and delicious✅
3) Minimal cleanup ✅
I slightly modified the original recipe from @chewoutloud and it was soooooo good!
• 1 Tbsp olive oil
• 1 bell pepper (color of your choice), chopped
• 1 small yellow onions, chopped
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 lb hot Italian chicken sausage, casings removed
• 1 (14oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained
• 1 1/4 cup pasta sauce
• 1/2 cup vegetable broth
• 3/4 cup half and half
• 20 oz. cheese tortellini
• 4 cups spinach or baby kale, roughly chopped
• 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
• 1 tsp oregano
• Black pepper to taste
1) in a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Once hot, add bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Stir and heat for about 1 minute until fragrant. Move mixture to side of pan and add sausage to the empty side of the skillet. Cook and break up sausage until slightly cooked. Mix veggies in with sausage and cook through until sausage is browned.
2) Add diced tomatoes, pasta sauce, veggie broth, and half & half. Stir well and being to a simmer. Add tortellini and stir until sauce coats tortellini. Cover and simmer for about 7 minutes, until tender. Remove from heat. Add spinach/baby kale and parmesan cheese and mix in until greens are wilted and cheese melts. Add oregano and black pepper. Enjoy!
“Never stop dating” 💕
Just recently Tim and I have been lucky enough to have more opportunities than normal to spend time together as a couple. No kids, no chores and no pressure to be doing anything other than ourselves.
The two of us have been married for a number of years now and it been an amazing journey but like most couples we have had our challenges and been through some tough times. But we have been through so many great times too.
After committing earlier this year to spending more quality time together, be it a rare #daydate, or a #datenight either out out or just time in the house all distractions removed, I am convinced that making that time to keep dating has bought us closer together.
So dating is now a big feature in my #happinessplan. The term I have coined to describe the actions I take to feel amazing everyday. Because health and wellbeing is about so much more than a workout or a nutrition programme/“diet”. It’s about everything we do, daily, weekly, during the year to look after ourselves mind, body and spirit. To make us happy!!!
Can you tell I am feeling a little romantic today recalling the amazing dinner at Ruby’s last night? Oh and super excited in anticipation of tomorrow’s #daydate which hubby secretly organised as part of my birthday celebrations 🥰.
