So according to my experience I did so many diet, I eat only once a day,eat less calories and sometimes I'm starving my self to not eat a lot of food..and everything was fail..

ternyata mengurangi yg namanya gorengan atau proceed food itu sangatlah penting bagi tubuh..selain terhindar dari penyakit kanker dan tumor..tubuh kita akan tetap slim dan sehat.Jadi kalo mau makan mendingan pilih makanan yg direbus,dipanggang dan di kukus...its more healthy...So sehat dan sakit itu semua tergantung dari kita guys..just love your self and give your body good nutrition not toxic food 😉
