Today we have an inspirational story from @boss_tendencies as she discusses her natural fitness transformation!! From personal training, to Herbalife and wellness coaching @boss_tendencies is all about transforming peoples lives. If you are in the Georgia area be sure check her out. Here is her story, “What made me start my transformation journey was the depression I felt from being 265lbs of fat. I hated myself, for someone to be so happy and have such an infectious personality, I masked the emotions i felt towards myself real well. Every night I would go home and binge eat. I was never bulimic, but I did eat until the food was gone. I was miserable. I don’t remember my exact turning point, but i do know that I changed in order to be happy. The toughest obstacle I would come into was changing my mentality. I could change my body as much as I wanted, but every time I stopped strictly macro dieting, I would gain most if not all or more of the weight back. You can call me a serial weight loser (lol), because I went through the process of losing the same amount of weight about 3-4x. I found Herbalife in April which was appealing to me, because my biggest problem was meal prepping and fitting my meals in at work (bartender/server). I actually became dedicated to Herbalife in August 2018 and lost 15lbs in the first month while LIVING MY LIFE. I went out to eat, I had a few drinks, I ate some candy. I didn’t go crazy, but I was able to do it. That is when I realized that this whole time I had been dieting, when really I needed to have a lifestyle change. Today we have a powerful story from one of your peers who is driven and determined to pursue her fitness goals naturally. It’s our privilege to introduce @gloriroz !! “What inspired me to first start my fitness journey was my mother and father. My mother was diagnosed diabetes which resulted in an amputation and my father had open heart surgery at the age of 40. Both of these health issues were due to poor food choices. Most people think that exercise is the only thing that helps you to maintain or lose weight. Food is just as important as exercise. It’s what fuels the body for daily activity. Had I continued to make poor food choices I was on my way to being diabetic with heart issues just like my parents all at the age of 23. I made a choice in 2015 to make my health my number one priority and it has paid off big time. There were many obstacles I had to overcome while on my fitness journey. Life doesn’t stop - almost like it gets more difficult once you make a decision to be dedicated to anything. I had financial problems, heart problems, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and I was clinically obese. 😩 scary to say but it is the truth. Daily I get unmotivated and do not want to workout but I made a choice to be dedicated. I want to be a personal trainer and am in process. Today we have an amazing testimony from @weekendcurves and the trials she has overcome. “After giving birth I weighed 220lbs. My pregnancy weight was 150lbs! After giving birth I was diagnosed with postpartum depression. So I began believing that I was never going to lose the extra weight. It wasn’t until I was running to the room to aid my crying baby and I became short of breath, that I realized I had to make a change. The reality was that my infant, would soon become a toddler, adolescent, teenager etc. I wanted to be able to chase after my baby. So I decided that day I wanted to make a change. I changed my mindset and began slowly with first changing my diet and then waking, jogging and eventually I added some resistance training. My biggest obstacle was myself. I didn’t believe that I could change. Once I changed my mindset and started to believe in myself I began to see changes. The changes came and I began to look good and feel great. Today we have an empowering story from @im_her_ebony ! Sometimes when we run into obstacles we give up like it wasn’t meant to be. Instead we encourage looking for practical solutions to overcoming these trials. Here is an example of what @im_her_ebony did to overcome her challenges. “I was pretty much tired of all the weight I had once I gave birth to my child. I was always petite so after having a child I didn’t realize how stubborn fat could become. I was complacent for awhile. I then woke up one day and realized how unhappy I truly was. Then my fitness journey began. I had a few obstacles that got in the way. The biggest obstacle for me was eating... how can I continuously eat healthy and not crave anything bad. LOL... That’s when Pinterest and amazon became my best friend along with finding the right supplements to help with the cravings....” If you are having trouble finding healthier things to eat - look into resources like Pinterest, YouTube, cook books, etc... You will be able find healthier alternatives that still have a great flavor! Always remember friends that you are not alone! We believe in you and know your own testimony will one day inspire those all around you. Good morning everyone! Today we have an inspiring story from @realceesharp !!! “I started my fitness journey because I just wasn’t really happy with my body. I wasn’t happy with the way I felt, or the way my body looked, and I wanted to change that. I just began walking a mile a day until I was finally able to push myself to jog, and then do intermittent sprinting. In the beginning it was hard because I really wanted to lose the weight, I just wasn’t motivated enough to do it. My boyfriend acted as my PT and literally pushed me through workouts. After I had fully made it up in my mind that I was going to take my weight loss journey seriously and give it my all, and changed the way I was eating, I started seeing crazy results. For anybody who is struggling to lose weight or stay motivated, just focus on your end goal. See yourself smaller, or more muscular, or in the bikini that you want to get in, and focus on how happy it makes you feel, and then live everyday of your life trying to get to that happy place. 2. Пол года назад где то это я была в процессе понять как это полюбить себя! 3. Фото полтора года назад примерно.
На 3. И 2 я на диете усиленно, ещё эти срывы постоянные, ела по плану, однообразно, на 3 я вообще в депрессии да. На тренировках пахала до 2-3 часов ведь говорили это не тренировка если ты не здох там 😂 и кардио на тощак обязатьно до часу, и если устала и не хочу то это меня не волновало я шла и пахала, надо же!!! Я не любила себя тогда , и заставляла , годами я заставляла себя есть то что не хочу, не есть типа поздно, но когда желудок голодный, это большая ошибка , не удв физиологический голод, а хотела жрать г потому что не любила себя! Похала как лошадь потому что наказывала и не любила себя главная цель была быть худенькой , как вон та девочка, и жутко хотелось быть не в этом теле!! Жесть да? А так живут очень многие и думают это норм!!! Дальше... то есть это борьба , не принятие себя, не любовь к себе!
1 фото , да вес ещё бывает скачет -+2 кг , но уходит очень легко , но это я ещё в процессе познания себя!! Но с чего я начала это менять , изучать свой внутренний мир! Я просто устала т.к только набирала кг и уже не было сил сражаться с жиром блин))) и я сказала да пошло оно я себя люблю вот такой мне и так заебись, ну и не буду никогда страйняхой буду с сочными бёдрами, и большой упругой ж, да не стандарт да ещё и мышцы да вот такая вот. Ну а что красиво только s размер что ли?Кто такое вообще сказал? мода)) да пошла ты мода на х))) сказала я и влюбилась)и тут все началось) после принятия себя вес сам и ушёл 🤷🏼♀️ когда в стрессе я начинаю набирать, поэтому тут работа выход из стресса а. Не диета!Я реально хочу есть овощи и полезные продукты это любовь к себе, и треню я час ну максимум, выхожу с зала слегка уставшая больше бодрое самочувствие, кардио максимум 30-40 и то если хочу, если устала то и не буду, сон для меня главное плохо сплю - хочется сладкого))) то есть я не заставляю себя а делаю так чтобы просто не хотелось чего то, то есть я создаю состояние такое в котором мне просто хочется это пп и все ...⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️
