@outliercartel Cloudburst Oat Cream double IPA 8.5%. This is a bloody good beer. A creamy full bodied malt profile rounds out the fruity hop flavour and assertive bitterness. Beautifully balanced, I never thought oats and a double IPA would mix this well but it truly is outstanding. Limited edition, grab one if you can find it 🍺

Additional comments - Never had a sip like this - would say it’s a cross between a stout and lager but it works surprisingly. Nice little taste to it. Loved this terrace street and the pub suits it well. Can tell it’s a great after work boozer and Pulp blaring from the speaker sealed the deal.
Murrays Brewing Co Gardenia IIPA (8.5%) – Big IPA in a new branding from the NSW brewery. Pours a crystal clear amber with a light yellowing head that follows the beer down the glass. From the first drops the big, strong aroma of pine and resin hit you, and fill your senses until you take the first taste – then the huge initial bitterness is almost overwhelming, but in a warmingly pleasant way. The bitterness completely fills your mouth, then gently transforms allowing more subtle citrus and balancing sweet caramel to come through. The bitterness remains throughout but mellows to a dry finish that’s smooth and leaves a lingering lemony freshness. A well balanced, impressive, big and bold beer that’s overly moorish at 8.5%. 🍺🍺🍺🍺 @murraysbrewing
