Throwing it back cause it’s Thursday or something to bar benders and my 2 state records squat 644 and bench joining the 200kg club or 440 in freedom units. Was a long prep with a lot of downs more so than ups but gotta give a shout out to @nick.kinda.thicc for keeping me focused healthy and putting up with me a lot through this prep and to the amazing @morgan.teske for believing in me even when I didn’t believe in myself went out there and put up over a 1700lb total with almost hitting an elite status power lifter and qualifying for nationals next summer time for some off season prep and time to kill it and get better

Felt strong during today's upper body workout despite weighing the lowest I have in years at 205. Worked on bench press and then more explosive movements such as high pulls and chest-to-bar pullups. Currently going to lift weights 4 to 5 times a week(2 upper body, 2 lower body days) with a day for speed runs and a distance run. What a lot people don't understand is that fitness is about trial and error, seeing what works and what doesn't for you.
