Waste-Not Lunch at #rootscultivate2018 at the @culinaryvegetableinstitute. This lunch was developed in an effort to use up any leftover ingredients from the conference. Simple, rustic, straight from the fire vegetables, epic self serve salad, the most perfect vegetables from Ohio farmers including the #ChefsGarden, amazing coffee, no shortage of cocktails, pastries, bread and more. I had so much insanely good food over the last few days but this lunch was definitely one of the best I've had. Thank to so much to all the chefs it took to pull off this epic spread!!!
