⭐️ Yoga In The Checkout Line?!
💜What if I told you that you can practice self-love, mindfulness and yoga while waiting to pay for your groceries?
❤️Stand up y’all.
🧡Bring all of your attention and consciousness to the soles of your feet! Press down firmly into the earth. Feel the earth press securely back.
💛Take a deep breath in. Fill your body with the new and fresh energy of a deep inhale. Maybe flex your toes away from the earth. Press down deeply and evenly through both feet. Exhale and release the toes. Maybe lower one toe at a time, pinky toe to big toe.
💚On each inhale you imagine securing yourself firmly through both feet. On each exhale you release EVERYTHING that does not serve you. Let it all go as you release your breath.
💙Stay in this mindful practice for 5 full seconds. Or challenge yourself to maintain a firm stance and strong a strong breath for up to 5 minutes. (Or however long your wait line is! 😝) Nobody will even know you’re an undercover yogi!
💜Yes! You just did yoga! The mindful movement— the attention to the body and breath is the key. 🔑
“You came here empty handed, and you will leave empty handed.” It’s easy to think that we ‘own’ things. But the truth is that we have have temporary ownership of them, because when we leave this world, we leave everything.

Shri Radharani, the reservoir of unfathomable love, always enacts ever-new love play in the bowers of Shri Vrindavan. Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji says that on being blessed even with an iota of Her grace, one can never be attracted, even in one's dreams, by worldly pleasures or to the salvation

There is a secret in the practice of humility: you can become humble if you practice tolerance. The example of tolerance Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu gives is that of a tree. When someone hurts a tree it doesn’t stop giving its shade and fruits. And when the tree has an unfulfilled need, like no water, it doesn’t protest, it simply tolerates.
If you tolerate the mistakes of others and the difficulties coming from the environment, you will start feeling humble. Humility is the one quality Krsna wants to see before showering the nama-krpa (mercy). You can apply the following three steps in order to practice tolerance:
1) When something happens that upsets you don’t give in to your automatic reaction, stop!
2) Then take on a spiritual perspective: whatever happens is arranged by the divine couple, there is a reason behind everything. Ask yourself what you need to learn in this situation.
3) Choose a proper reaction based in the spiritual perspective.

Likhita japa is a mantra meditation practice, a repetition of the name in written form. In this practice we can find more focus and notice as the mind becomes distracted as there is instant feedback in the scrawl of pen to paper. This practice can be done with any mantra.
As you practice, consider the energy of the mantra, why you want to connect, what feeling you want to call into your life.
Ram is an energy of strength, dharma, alignment, doing what is right, truth. Maharaji said, in chanting the name Ram the impossible becomes Possible, what can’t be done can be done, what has been done can be undone. In chanting the name Ram a divine breeze will carry you forward with ease and with grace 🙏🏼
