Up early today! So much prefer getting my workout done and out of the way!
I've definitely struggled with the weights this past week, but challenging your body is a good thing! You just have to keep a positive mindset and trust the process!
I still can't lift more than the 5kg weights for biceps though! So I'll be starting it all again on Monday 10th September!
